Personal data
The data controller is the publisher of the site (details above). The site only collects personal data when you send a booking request.
Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising. Only the publisher and the strictly necessary technical providers can access it: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (delivery of request e-mails). As these providers are based in the United States, transfers are covered by the safeguards of the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).
You may at any time ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your data, and object to its processing, by writing to to be completed. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or the Hellenic Data Protection Authority in Greece (dpa.gr).

Content from other services
To display some content, your browser contacts other servers directly, which then receive your IP address: map backgrounds (OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap data), map relief (AWS Terrain Tiles), the current temperature in Fourni (Open-Meteo) and illustrative photographs (Unsplash).
Links to Google Maps only open that service if you click them. Fonts are hosted on the site itself.
Intellectual property and credits
The texts, logo, olive pattern and design of the site belong to the publisher. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.
