Ntoukiani welcomes stays of a month or longer. The house has 180 Mbps wi-fi and a real desk upstairs, heating and air-conditioning on both floors, a washing machine and an open kitchen. Fourni is a quiet mountain village with its own tavernas, about 10 minutes from the shops of Neapoli, 15 from the sea at Elounda, 20 from Agios Nikolaos and an hour from Heraklion airport. Monthly rates are given on request.

01Is the internet good enough to work remotely from Fourni?
The house has wi-fi at an advertised 180 Mbps, enough for video calls, and a real desk upstairs. As anywhere, the actual speed can vary.
02Is the house comfortable in winter?
Yes. It is heated, and winter afternoons at the village are usually around 13 to 15 °C. Some days are rainy, others bright and clear.
03Where do you do your shopping?
The village has tavernas; Neapoli, about 10 minutes away, and Agios Nikolaos, about 20 minutes away, have supermarkets and pharmacies.
04How much does a month at Ntoukiani cost?

05Do you need a car for a long stay?
It is strongly recommended. Heraklion airport is about an hour away by car, and car rentals are available there.
